1. Daily maintenance
 

Ensure the cleanliness of the 500 ton overhead crane equipment, electrical appliances, and other parts; check the bolt connection of each equipment, and reinforce loose parts in time; ensure the lubrication of each part, especially the lubrication of metal components; check the temperature and operation of the motor, gearbox and other components to ensure that the motor does not exceed 80% of the rated problem during operation, etc.
 

2. Maintenance of lifting mechanism
 

Do a good job of cleaning the hook and wire rope of the 500 ton overhead crane, add lubricant in time, and check and maintain frequently. Strictly follow the safety regulations of crane equipment, check whether the equipment meets the safety technical requirements, and test whether the performance is normal.
 

3. Maintenance and maintenance of transmission and walking mechanism
 

Focus on whether the electric motor of the crane has water or oil ingress, daily prevention and treatment; ensure that the observation hole and junction box cover of the motor are tight, and the operation is required to be no less than 85% of the rated voltage.
